Discussion Smartfly super reg

Hi guys.

I just bought a Smartfly SuperReg for my 85cc airplane. I plan to run 1 2S Lipo through it. What gauge wire does everyone use to go from the reg to the reciever ? I understand the servo type plugs are pretty hard to use with anything bigger than 22awg. I'm interested to know everybody elses way of doing this.

I have used 22awg with no issues for years.

I know it seems stupid because everyone runs big fat wires from batts to regs and such.. but you hit it on the head, once you go to instal a servo type plug you are limited on what you can use.

I did like when using the Smartfly eq10 or other power expander you plug your fat wired deans plug right into the unit it regulates it and send just 5v to the receiver and powers the servos directly with 6 - 7v depending on what you set it to send.

I'll give it a go. I purchased one of these to go from Reg to RX. I just hate messing around soldering up wires.
