So I spose your going to use the water in the shed as an excuse not to do any welding too........................... that no good mate the water is fun with the kids for a short while then it get old really quickly I'm actually surprised you don't have any native animals living with you, you know the leg less ones that get cranky when cornered

Funny post right there. We closed the hop with all our computers unplugged and up on high ground. There could be a chance that it might get up there if the levee bank goes over. Only othe thing is we live right across from the levee bank. All should be good though. Don't worry Richo already put the 12z on high ground

Long as all the important things are up and the channel holds you might be right hopefully we don't get anymore rain burrendong dam went up 25% on Saturday night to 115% and still got all the flood water from Bathurst to go in there yet if we get too much more rain we will be under water too

I was in town helping evacuate locals in the CBD the other night when she peaked. thankfully for the town, it just fell shy of the predictions and is subsiding. they opened the town back to the shopfronts today....north wagga wasn't so lucky and went under.
around 8000 evac'd from the city and around 1k from nth wagga.

thankfully my busted neck held on but nothing a few cans won't fix.

my thoughts definitely go out to all living downstream and out west...

looking at starting cleanup work to help the locals for nth wagga late this weekend. it also looks like it may rain again here this Arvo.....
