Cold weather engine break-in

Here, these days it's quite cold. 32 F and lower during days. I have three brand new engines that need breaking-in all three OS MAX: 55AX, 120AX and 160FX.

Should I wait for the spring time with warmer temperatures outside to run them in or will I be able to break them in now, without any fear that I will ruin them?

It won't ruin anything. Just tune them rich as always and run them. It's just a little uncomfortable for you, the engines care not. Just make sure you have a good glow driver with adjustable current/voltage. Those little glow drivers with 1 cell batteries probably won't have much kick in the cold.
