As the title says,went to the Rains county rc club fly in. This club started four years ago and I have been every year. They started as just a few guys and the club and event has grown each year with this year being the biggest pilot turn out I have seen. I always enjoy going to Emory as they are a great group of guys to fly with.Their field is better suited to small airplanes,and I had a bit of a hard time landing my 104 Slick, but my 50cc was fine.Here are some pics from yesterday.

They hold this each year during their founders day celebration.I look forward to this each year due to all the cool classic cars that also show up.One year a jeep showed with a cannon mounted on it!!Here are some that showed up at the fly in. Notice the antique with the flip out steering wheel.The owner said this was an option when new,it is called the "fat man" steering wheel,you can flip it out of the way for easier entry\exit.I thought that was pretty cool for such an old car.

Looks like a good turnout. Their field looks like it has come along way.

Yeah wish I could have made it. Had a midday baseball game for my son.
