thanks... heres an update of more less how it wll look

all i need are for the ring terminals and 10ga wire to arrive and i should be able to knock the rest out pretty fast...i found a piece of aluminum angle that i had used to brace a firewall...and now it has found another good use

i plan on running 10 ga wire to power up the first set of binding posts,,,, then from there ill use jumpers with ring terminals to power the other three binding posts... i cant wait to use all 4 of my chargers to their potential...lol im just happy ill soon to be able to power up 4 chargers with one PS

I did a server p/s a while back. To get the voltage to go up to 13.5 I had to put a resistor on two of the pins in the plug. If you can get the pin-out of the plug, you might be able to do that. The instructions said to use a 1K pot, but I used some resistors. Servo plugs would work on the pins of the HP p/s.
