Canister Too Big or tunnel too small?
The only canister recommended by DA and TBM for the TOC 33% Yak with DA85 is the KS95-4. Other cans said to be too small or fat. Mounted with the KS Comfort mount. What a PIA to fit in tunnel, and no clearance of can to wood of landing gear block. See pictures; only 1/4 inch clearance on top of tunnel box.

I've use automotive wraps for headers and self-adhesive versions - here is a good link for some heat shield products. Not cheap, but work great!
