Help!
How to tune these pipes

Hello you guys. I got this problem with this equipment.
DA 170 cc. 9" Headers, greeve pipes and a mejzlik 30 X 13

They are installed in an AW ultimate. I`m flying at 1,100.00 meters over sea level. That`s like 3,500 ft.
There`s only two positions in the motor. Idle and max rpm´s.
There is non or a good transition from idle to max power, either 1/4, half or 3/4 on the accelerator stick.
Does any body know the exact lenght from headers to pipes. Or how do you guys use the radio curve to fix this delay in the motor.

Thank´s a lot.

I'm no expert on pipes but I believe the best header length for the DA170 is 14". 9" would make it very "peaky". At least it would with MTW RE3s.

The problem the ultimate AW has, is that there is no more space in the pipe box to extend them to the back. Ther`s not enough room to pipe them out or to use a longer headers.
Does any body has this equipment configuration in the same plane?
Thank's
