Good ol OS engines. Actually that thing runs better than most brand new "other" engines Iv seen out of the field. Did not seem to lack power and had a very reliable idle and transition.

To put the camera in close - in front of that wobbly POS wore-out engine makes you a candidate for a Darwin award. IMO

That guy just became my hero. Rudder and elevator only and did you ever once hear him complain about "wing rock"? Nope, just flies the plane all the around the field in a harrier, rocking wings and all, never loses control, and even sets her down gently. Better still, the engine quits in flight and he manages the airspeed to smooth, controlled, soft landing. No screaming about 'DEAD STICK!, LANDING", or any panic stuff like that.

A nearly worn out plane with a worn out engine and still out flyin' and havin' fun. What could be better than that?

I like the duct tape repair on the covering. I can't say much about flying worn out airplanes. If I didnt' fly worn out planes I wouldn't have flown much in the early days.

That is downright inspiring, it makes me want to posses and fly that airplane right now. Where can I buy a hilarious kit like that to just throw beater stuff in and goof off with, it seems indestructible.

Good god that crankshaft must be just riding on the case... i think the front bearing was missing!!!!!!!!!!

It looks like it wasn't MISSING, just ridin' out side the case. LOL.
