Sorry to hear this. Pure BS.

WAs the plane just left out or was it in a trailer and someone went in and did this? If you want to see a bright side you could say at least they did a lot of stuff and it was obvious. If they had hidden their works it could have been REALLY bad. That is just stupid!

Man, that is so low for someone to do that to another pilots plane. Makes one wonder if someone in his class is afraid of some competition....well, you know what they same...."what goes around, comes around". Hope whoever did this to him gets alot of "0"'s and finishes up last.

The plane was left under the pavilion at TIMPA overnight.

Dave just flew after the repairs, and everything looks fine! Very, very windy today with tons of blowing dust. Typical Tucson weather.

You know the length that people will go to just to get an edge on someone else with out regard or respect or integrity. Just shows that whoever did this isn't capable of competing on a level playing field. They must feel like we owe it to them to just give the title without even competing for it.

I want fingerprints! Bet it's someone he has competed against and has bested before. I also bet that if you started thinking about the character of the suspects you could probably figure it out as well. Proving it is another matter.

I almost bet it was vandals.
If you look deep into your dark side, and thought about how you would "take someone out" almost guarantee all of us would do something less obvious. something that would cause a problem in the air.

NOW don;t get me wrong, I wouldn't so much as breath wrong on someone else's plane, .. BUT.. if you want to think about this logically.... it can't be one of US, the Pilots.. the RC community. Were to smart to just cut 5000 wires.
