What prop were you running and how many amps were you pulling? How many min was your flight time?

I'm going to connect the computer to the esc in a few minutes and I will let you know. My prop is a 25x12 xoar electric. Flight time was about 4 minutes with a 5000mah 45c lips x2

That must mean you got the best one with the built in sound effects. 4 min isn't very long. I'm hoping for at lest 5 1/2 to 6 min with the Xoar 24X10 (gas).

Zippi. I will have to take a look at this set up. I'm getting 98 amps max at wot and 4100 watts. And when the motor was pulsing back and forth it was pulling only 58 amps with the out runner pwm setting. I'll check everything out. Is it possible a bad soldered connecting be causing the stuttering when on out runner mode?

The battery was down to 4.08 before I flew due to me trying the different settings on the esc. I'm sure I can get 6 minutes out of it. That's was not exactly what I got might be a little more. I'll let you know next weekend when I get to know the plane better. That's was only one flight and had to go back home due to my wife calling me

Could be a bad solder joint or maybe the timing. Was anything hot when you landed? I'm not into all the electrics so maybe someone else could chime in on this issue.

And besides that a 24x10 compared to a 25x12 the smaller one Will give you about 1:30 minutes if you flight exactly the same way I did. Only thing I'm not used to is the no sound at all if the prop and motor at around 40% of the throttle when you are flying far away. A couple of times I got scared thinking the motor just turned off by it self

Plus the plane I have should come in under 17 lbs so that will help with the time as well.
