Help with oil ratio

I have a brand new Fuji BT43EI-2.
Owners manual says as follows.
Break in with the fuji oil @ 50:1 for the 1st gallon.
2nd gallon @ 100:1.
There after in a cowl @100:1 or with no cowl and good cooling run @150:1.
I did buy the fuji oil ( http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXMVU9&P=7 ) and was planning
after break in using it at the 100:1.
Well what do you guys suggest?
What oil to use and what ratio for break in?????
After break in use the Fuji oil @ maybe 80:1 ???? 50:1?????
You guys tell me what works.
Any Fuji guys out there, chime in.

Here is the owners manual, read under oil.

Do you mean the Penzoil aircooled 2 cycle ?

I have seen alot of talk about Lawnboy ashless, Belray H1R, Penzoil

Is Lawnboy ashless the best for break in?

I agree with the Penzoil air cooled but I would run with 50:1 and stay there.

Ya deffinetly stick with 50:1 on a fuji. Only da's and 3w's run 80:1 in my opinion.

Suggestions on break in ratios?
Break in with the Fuji Synthetic oil or something else.
The manual start right of the bat with the Fuji Synthetic oil,
But they also say you can run up to 150:1

Look at Amsoil Saber Professional, I run it a 80:1 and it runs great and engine runs cool!

Re: Help with oil ratio

There are many good oils out there, but it has been proven in testing that........ more oil=more power (and protection) I would not venture into the 100:1 range, and prefer to stay well below the 80:1 range in high end synthetics.
Just my .02 cents
