I got the idea to use used motor oil after following multiple Chrysler minivans, so the next time I am behind one of these "smokers" I'll just have to run them off the road so I don't get cancer.

Clearly you think you're clever. As long as you practice your stupidity away from others its perfectly fine. If not, try to be considerate and spray not your used motor oil in their immediate vacinity. Its not a significant inhalation hazard (which is why people don't suddenly drop dead driving behind Chrysler's ) but it is classified as a significant risk and cancer inducing agent by the WHO. Also any liquid fractions in the smoke carry a real risk for causing skin and other cancers.

Smoking cars are a problem. In Europe, if you car is smokey it gets pulled off the road. No MoT certificate. If your society allows or condones the heating ans spraying of used motor oil then do what you like. Elsewhere where people are a bit more mature we try to consider others. I would expect this type of practice in the developing world...

A lot of carcinogenic substances are carcinogenic only with repeated exposure, some you could not have enough expose in a life time to get cancer, there are some that are carcinogenic with one exposure, those are few and far between unless you lived in chernobayl or were at ground zero near fukushema when that went up.

In heavily mosquito infested area's they could add some insecticide and kill two birds with one stone

Just joking, don't do that.............Even though they make home insect foggers, but I doubt they use insecticides in them.

Timble, I am not in complete disagreement with what you are saying. I do have a bio-chem degree and many things the government says are oh so toxic and carcinogenic, really aren't...........Caution and prudence is always best.

You guys seem pretty insane, to vaporize diesel and other oils including used motor oil? Damn... Where I'm from you might get arrested or fined for doing something like that. With a great smokepump like the powerbox, and the correct oil to go with it (like a disco style one) which is completely safe to use. When its set up right, smokes awesome. Also, why do you need smoke billowing out when hovering 2 feet off the ground and 5-6 feet away?

New company that I've found with good prices. 5 gal. pails from Super Dri are becoming difficult to find and I'm not happy with Robart oil. Going to try a 55gal drum of this stuff. Can't beat the price. Drop shipped to my warehouse for $150 vs. $450 for the AeroShell.

Robart is actually a good smoke oil. You will be happy with it. However, this is only my opinion but I noticed that Super Dri made a bit whiter and fuller plume. Most companies private label from a few manufactures anyway. So who knows where they actually come from. I will keep you posted on the CSP product

Water in large quantities can be toxic. Try not to upset timble. He's a engineer after all.

Did you happen to ask prices on smaller quantities as well? Just curious what a 5 gallon would cost.
