This afternoon's 2.5hr '99 Blazer shop adventure:

(out of six exhaust flange studs, one broke, and I had to drill it out...
Man, those suckers were some hard stuff! Litterally destroys drill bits!
Had lots of resharpening to do... then I finally got the old bolt threads
out of the hole, and chased it with a tap... good to go! wooohooo!!)

Nice job on the drilling and tapping. Is that the exhaust manifold?
