i placed an order for $175.21 on november 8, 2011 and as of yet have not received the merchandise because it was delivered to the wrong address and then returnded to china. I have not been credited for the money. i have tried through email, paypal and personal bandk to get my money and have not received and answer....so be careful when you order through them.

yep that is the problem when ordering from china.if anything goes wrong,shipping damage,wrong merchandise,you are SOL.
a friend of mine ordered a twin gas engine in Feb. of last year and never could get it to start.he sent it back to HK and they still have his engine and money.

sorry to hear of your experience, I have 14 orders thru em now and never a problem. I did do 2 merchandise returns and they were helpful, while not as quick as a U.S. company would have been, they did a reasonable job at trying to facilitate a proper resolution. In the end it worked out for me. Remember there are a few barriers for us when ordering from China.

My buddy ordered 6 3 cell 2200S and they sent him 1 6 cell 6000. When he contacted them they asked for a pic of the battery and package. Then they said the weight on the package didn't add up and accused him of lying and would not refund his money. He ended up having his credit card company refund the money. I suggest you contact your credit card company. For those of you that have not had a problem with HK you are only one transaction from having one. I have had good luck with them as well but after seeing what happened to my buddy I realized its just that LUCK. They don't care about their customers. i did call my bank ....nothing so be careful guy....

I dont spend more than I can afford to lose. Kind of like gambling.

For this very reason is why I use my American Express card for internet purchases. With amex they will take the charge off as soon as u dispute it with them with no questions asked. Visa and Mastercard make u jump through hoops to dispute even if they will dispute it for u.

I think I have decided to not order a thing from Hobby King anymore....

HOLY CRAP!!!!!! That happened to me also!!!!!! Some fella from across town said some guy delivered the package to him. Luckily the man found me and gave me the package. Other than that there Zippy LiPos are the shizz.

Ive had good luck so far. I try not to make orders over $50 Hobbypartz is an option as well and they are located in Cali if Im not mistaken.
