RedwingRC 30cc MXS-Bach Video Review - Unboxing Part 1

The MXS-Bach Fusion Concept combines two well-known 3D planes into one great performing airframe. In this FlyingGiants video review, we'll unbox the RedwingRC MXS-Bach and get it ready for the upcoming build.

RedwingRC Delivers With This Unique Airframe

Taking the design and performance elements from two often-modeled 3d aircraft, the RedwingRC 30cc MXS-Bach Fusion Concept is a 76" airframe built upon the success of the MXS-R and SBach. Looking at the airframe, it's easy to see the cues taken from both, as it features the long raked-forward cockpit and tapered wings of the SBach, the telltale cowl and wingtips of the MXS-R, and a fuselage design that meets somewhere in the middle.

In part 1 of this review, we'll take a look at the airframe components, what's included, and the fit and finish of the MXS-Bach. Part 2 of this series will cover the build and setup, and in part 3 , we'll maiden the plane and put it through it's paces with a final flight report.

Hey old buddy!

Why you not going with the Futaba SBus in this one?
What are you planning for pipe/muffler?

Too many standard Futaba receivers lying around my work bench that need a home...

I think I'm going to use a JTEC wrap around.

Nuts and Bolts???

I am building the red version now, and was wondering if yours included nuts and bolts for the 12 holes in the firewall reinforcements. Were they forgotten or not necessary to begin with...

Mine were not included either. I have a pretty good bolt bin, so not a problem, but I'll ask the RedwingRC team to clarify.
thanks.

3" carbon from Redwing, always liked the raw carbon look.
