New or updated posts

Are only new posts supposed to get put on the home page?The reason I ask is many times I will update a post but it never makes it onto the home page or new posts.It only makes it onto the post hucker page.

I've noticed that it sometimes take alittle bit but they do show up for me.

When you make a post, it will not show up on the "New Posts" for you until someone adds something new to it. The post is not new to until someone else posts. This is user specific and will show on the "New Posts" list for everyone who has not read it.

Hi Guys,

Okay, here's how it works.. When you create a new post, it will appear on the homepage. The post title will creep down the list until someone replies, then it gets bumped back to the top. New posts are "community" messages created. The testing forum, and manufacturer support forums are excluded from the homepage new post listing.

Threads displayed in the yellow "unread posts" box on the upper right, are exactally what it states. Unread posts. If you created a thread, or a post, it will not appear in there because the system assumes you read it, because you posted it.

I hope this clears things up. I'm in the process of making all of coming up with a system to consolidate new information in an easy to read, and tear through fashion.
