That is pretty sick.

The term "Modeler" does not define this degree of talent justice.
I'm not sure if there is an equitable term to describe his gifting of ability, dedication and tenacity!

Now not to detract form the truly AWESOME model this guy produced...

Can we really believe this 12 cylinder engine actually runs - is this guy / story really the up & up?
Think of say just the fasteners involved- bolts nuts springs, gaskets ect that - do not exist in the scale and temper that would actually work in the stresses it will encounter. We are believing every part involved in making a 4 stroke combustion engine was made by this guy. (for starters)

I don't know - I'm a skeptic at heart and the longer I live with this story in my head - the less I believe the validity of it. Yes, I saw the rpm gauge moving (in volume to the engine sound) but consider the micro electronics involved in the components making that assembly alone....

NFWay !
IMO & FWIWorth

Still I freakin' loved watching that gas peddle revving the engine up and the rpm gauge responding!

Look around on the web and you will find lots of mini engines that run. I have saw supercharged V8's to Merlin V-12's

That was awesome. I know a guy that builds scale engines, but the whole car? That is nuts.
This Machinest in Phoenix is building a 1/4 scale Pratt and Whitney Radial. He has already built a working Bently rotary engine, and many other working engines. These people are a special breed.

That reporter is pretty good also. I watched some of his car test reports on that page. The Jag xjs220 vs the F40 is very good. He is a funny dude.
