Hey Wood Butcher,,,,, you fellas head down this way the 1st weekend in Jan. We're headed over to King NC for a big ole Foamie Fly In at Nelson's (aka "Nail Hole")
Looks to be a big'un , 50+ pilots, and he's cook'n a pot of Chili big enough to feed the masses. Says it's soooooooooooo good,we'll be able to have a night flight by the fire later on. Reeeeeeeeal purty landscape, and buncha good ole boys doing what they do best. Cut'n up!

Ijust watched the vid again and at the end you can see the wind sock perfectly parallell with the ground.

Hey PRV dont you have some vid of the wind whipping BFs ass on the 6 landing approces. Damm plastic Giles is so tail heavy the smallist brezze will keep it off the ground.

4 clicks of down and I still had to drive it down to land.

I don't know Kent, I will leave that up to the RALEIGH BOYS<<<<< ,, I might sneak up there sometime if I get a free weekend, but since I have the gracish INVITE,ahahahahahha from the flying circus I am going to let them make the decision,, I prefer late Feb, to March ,, I should have my bird finished by Feb,,
