Get it from aircraft-world.com It takes about a week to get them, but no problems when it comes to additional costs like tax etc.

Hi guys I am still alive but had absolutely no time for this project lately. During weekends I am often travelling to various indoor events around Switzerland.
Anyway good news about the Phx 85HV, in collaboration with flyingwings.ch we now import them directly form the US!
I am thinking about the wing retention system. I will probably use flying wires like on the small Loco (see attached image) and make the wires detachable at the fuselage. This would have two beneficiary effects: easy and durable wing retention system and avoid torsion of the wing.
As wire I would use Spectra kite line.

I will try to get the Monster flying for the one year anniversary of this thread! That would be the 24th December!

Here go a few more pics...

It came out much heavier than I had hoped: Fuselage is 2028g, wings are 745g and two 5s 3300mAh packs plus a 3s 910mAh pack for the servos are 945g... Doing the sum you get 3718g

I'm converting the video in this moment

Edit: here is the definitive video

I'll have to change rudder and elevator servos, notice in the video when I put it in knife edge... I accelerated and had no control over elevator and rudder anymore!
