I started out 5 years ago with an "OLD" Schluter Heliboy, built a new Schluter Champion that was still in the box, I now have a Robbe Futura Gold that was new and never flown when i got it 4 years ago and it still hasnt been flown, and another Futura Gold gasser that is in the closet that needs to be put together. Son started flying IMAC last year and I havent done much of anything other than going with him now

This is a sickness!

I went from zero heli in May 2006 to:

4 Raptor 50s - 1 flying, 2 in pieces, 1 on a build table
3 MA Stratus - 2 flying, 1 in box as quick replacement parts
2 T-Rex 600 - 1 in pices, 1 on a build table
2 T-Rex 450 - Thank god both are in flying condition
1 MX400 - 1 flight old in pieces
1 Raptor 90SE - RF problem so in no flying condition
1 Swift 16 - in flying condition when I replace the main shaft

Hmmm I think I covered all.

Fury Extreme, YS 91, SAB's, 601 gyro

Rappy 50SE, OS 50 Hyper, SAB's, 401 gyro.

Would like to do a Raptor 90 soon, but no $$ for it yet.

I got bitten by the same bug three years ago, I just got a few new 30% to get back into planks again. Cool power 30 is getting expensive flying the 90 birds.

Here's the deal just got G3.5 ,Bought it to help improve my fixed wing skills.
Well i've never flown a heli so i've been practicing for a couple of weeks now and i can fly the pattern left and right turns, hover, sideways left and right without crashing 9 out of 10 flights.
My questions is this at all like flying a model heli. or are their any changes i can do to make it as real as possible before i spend the bucks.
Future Heli pilot!

Any help would be great.

Didn't know helis were so fun.

Thanks,

Troy

My 46% Ultimate is the pride of my fleet, complemented by a Raptor 50 hyper with stinger head and Raptor 90 with YS. Bigger flies better still applies to helis, IMHO.
