Ok.. now that I have let my geek out... If you happen to be from imperial california, they have a logo that is more along the lines of what Max said.. I kinda spruced it up a bit...

Besides the time when President Carter landed at Imperial, CA airport during his failed campaign for President for the 1980 election, this thread has GOT to be the most publicity Imperial or El Centro, CA has ever gotten! I grew up in Imperial, learned to fly at the college then over to the "new" dirt field. Left the area as soon as humanly possible to go to college. Does Archie/Jerry still have the Hobby Shop?

OK... We had a club meeting today at the field and I brought all the logo's that you guys made .. "thanks again" .....And we had everyone there vote for their favorite... The top 3 Made it into the final round and the winner was chosen to be Sleepy's Red/Black/White Logo. I want to thank everyone out at that was apart of this. It was real cool for everyone to jump in like they did. The club also wants me to say Thanks for all entrys and it was a very hard choice to pick a favorite. I'm just glad I had the club help pick because I wanted to use all of them
