Feedback needed! Product research..
Hi Crew!! We're about to launch an all new and exciting feature of FlyingGiants.com - our user and staff review (aaeak, don't like that word) section that we call it "Product Perspectives"! It's pretty cool, with the help of Mike Martin, we've pre-stuffed our database with some of the hottest items on the market.
As a member, you will have the ability to post your comments on any product in existence, or upload your own product and experiences. Manufacturers may fire away at will too and put their products up for viewing. The same unspoken buzzkill policies exist for our perspectives database that do for our forums. I seriously doubt this even needs to be mentioned as our community is self policing, but it's worth mention. Please have a look, and provide feedback to this thread. I think that this will be a great tool when getting ready to purchase new equipment.
What we really need now is for our members to help by submitting reviews and new items to review. It is easy to post reviews. There is even an instruction page.

Well I gotta be honest. Tonight is the first time I've really gone through and tried to figure out how to use it and I think it's awesome. Found a couple products already listed that I use and submitted a couple of comments on them. Go check out guys and if you see something listed that you use, put down your thoughts.
If there's something you want people to know about then go ahead and add it yourself. It's really easy to do. |

Thanks for the feedback guys! Up until this point, it's been a "silent opening" for the perspectives section, but we're going big with this with some serious programming. I'm on top of all of your suggestions, thanks for the feedback!
