I've crashed my 50cc qq yak during the christmass holiday and now I'm looking for a 3d performer.
I found an almost new funtana 90 in a very good price .. The previous owner says that the OS 90 is not enough( he means that it neads more powerfull engine to exit from prophangs and generally for better 3d performance) .. Is this right? IF yes what OS engine do you suggest? |

I think OS 120 III w/pump and 16x6 Zinger prop (Wood) or 15x6 APC is OK for 3D.

I've had a Funtana 90 for a while now.
Mine has a YS 110. For me, it's the perfect engine. It hovers at a little more than 1/2 throttle, and has unlimited vertical. It's not an OS, but if you are going to buy an engine for it you may want to broaden the number of choices. |

I wouldnt go with the old yellow funtana90... splurge a little and grab a new funtana 100X, you wont be sorry! For 220 bucks, its a pretty good deal and an awesome 3D'er! mine sits at 8 pounds 9 ounces with a saito 125 and has good power, but a 150 will have retardedly crazy "ups"!

I had the old Funtana with a Saito 100. It would pull out of a hover but with NOTHING to spare. A Saito 125 or 150 with throttle management would be a good combo.
