Default g3.5... sigh

one of the reasons I wanted g3.5 was the online sessions just like g2, or, right now, lack thereof. Every friggin session I join I get bounced from within 30 seconds with an error, could not connect to one player, or itll freeze up and then flash a red error failed to send information packet... What the heck is going on???!?

Check over at the Knife Edge forums. There have been several lengthy discussions over there about the networking issues. Everything so far boils down to your router configuration or AOL security software. Either will cause conflicts until the developers figure out what's what.

In the meantime, there are some great work arounds published at KE, and I'll bet the user group over there can get you flying online in no time. (A bit of advice though, be nice. There have been quite a few rude one-post-wonders on those forums lately...)

... and software is inherently buggy. KES cannot predict every possible scenario out there, they'll fix it over time.
