I am a graphic artist by trade. Have won awards, from local to international, for my logo work. I will not do spec work on this thread. There is simply too much thought to the art and science of logo design to express a workable solution in a single jpeg post - specifically with regards to its application across multiple media: print, broadcast, Web and even machined into a part.

I happen to be working toward starting a business doing short-run CNC manufacturing that will incorporate my skills as a graphic designer. Partnering with a business such as yours would be an ideal situation.

While the posts of visuals on this thread are interesting and some quite good, most (sorry guys) fail to consider some fundamental edicts of identity development. For a teaser of my work look at:

http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/f...tml#post160010

done as a graphic for my latest model and manipulated for a post for the above thread. If you are interested, I would be willing to prepare and deliver a sampling of my logo work though the back-channel.

Good luck in your business.

Oh yeah, well I am taller than you. (All in fun) Seriously though, I have always enjoyed playing in Corel Draw but just stink at designing art. Cool logo!
