Since no one else seems to have an answer I will tell you what I used.

I used 1 1/2" horns with Hitec 5955's all around.

I had a plane that was very similar to a 35% Dalton 260. Generally speaking, it was a custom 35% Extra 260. I had 12 degrees low elevator throw, 25 degrees of rudder throw and 15 degrees of aileron throw on low rates. I fly with a little expo on low rates, about -25, give or take.

For 3D rates I had max rudder throw, 45 degrees of elevator throw and about 30 degrees of aileron throw. I had about -40 expo on the elevator and ailerons and about -70 on the rudder.

I had another condition setup for knockaround, non-IMAC low rates that I could flip and get normal low rate ailerons and elevator, but high rate rudder so I could play with knife edge stuff and get real, non watered down snaps.
