Bunky the airframe is put together with tavs technology identicle to comp-arf the wings and tail are joined via carbon fibre tubes, your typical composite design but their not mass produced their built in a small shop in Poland.

That's a nice paintjob you got there.
As far as the plane itself it's a really nice one and big. Those flying here are usually powered by a zdz 210.

Have a close look at your wings on this model as the models I bought (I bought3) one failed on its maiden flight after 32 seconds fitted with a 160, details of the terrible customer service and details of the faults can be found here http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_12...tm.htm#1259653

I only hope you do not suffer the disaster I did when the left hand wing broke up in the air after only a few seconds of flight.

Customer service from Art Hobby and GCM in poland was basicly get stuffed

I sent them several vido's of the complete flight and the answers were still the same

Out of the 3 models I bought serious faults were found in all wings!!!!!!!!

inicol,

I was looking at these pictures http://www.iadmodeldesigns.co.uk/In%...20Pictures.htm and it looks like both ailerons are down before the wing broke. Could it be possible that the something broke causing the aileron to get dissconected and causing flutter to brake the wing ?

No the aileron was following the wing as it flapped watch closely as the wing is on the down stroke the aileron is up and when the wing is on the up stroke the aileron is down

Bear in mind this model had only just taken off and completed one right hand turn.

I will find more pictures and video to help explain.

I only posted this as a warning to check closely as I have had 3 models Bought at the same time with serious wing faults and no customer back up at all, I was starting as a dealer for these models

I would think that if the aileron was up when the wing was on the down stroke and down on the up stroke that all three servos on the aileron lost power. BTW I don't doubt you at all as I wasn't there.

It sure looks like aileron flutter from the video clip. Were the servos stripped ?

The manufacturer's claim that the damage to the wing was a result of a crash is ridiculous though.
