Slope flying for me. I have a LEG P51, an old Sparrow, and a Carbon 2M Blade. We fly at Goat Rock on the Northern California coast. It is one of the best flying sites around with a pretty constant 15 to 25 mph wind. I have flown my LEG in 30-40 gusting to 50mph wind loaded with 22 oz. of extra led. One of the guys that I fly with has had his Opus up to 258 mph on the radar gun on the backside DS'ing. For those that have not seen DS'ing once you see it you will want to do it

Nothing wrong with sailplanes at all- started flying r/c on 'em... 21 years ago..... at the moment, I'm in to .55 glow with a ucd.46, I fly r/c heli's with a trex 450, I just bought a 28% gasser from tom @ Wild Hare r/c, and I have a couple of gliders.. hehe.. pss f-86 on the board, old chzek bd-4 pusher prop converted to pss, the sister ship to an ama record holding speed ship from the early 90's late 80's, two combat wings, and a 1/4 or 1/5 scale salto fuse that REALLY needs to be built!! I guess I have more gliders than power..... got a few national records standing still from them, so they are good for something!!

The Art Hobby is already built and flying but i will get some photos of the Sofia and starling Pro this week. I might do a small build thread in here on both. I want to get the starling Pro done first so I can hit the slope then do the Sofia.

Ok, I'm one too...

Usually fly TD, F3J and hand launch but the last few years been going out to the JR Aerotow and it's awesome. The last flight of each day there is one of the best, towplanes are shut down, just have a seat and cruise around, good times.

Craig.
