Default Cactus Classic - 2007

Hey guys.. For all that are interested, I was thumbing through different sites and found this.

Due to high work load, Anna Wood is unable to run the registration for the Cactus Classic through the IMACwebscore website. I would therefore ask that if you are planning to attend to please email and let me know which class you intend to fly in. Entry fees will be collected at the contest. Even if you are not 100% sure you will attend, please let me know, it is much easier for me to remove your name from the flight list than to add it on the day of the contest.
Thanks guys,
Tony Holden CD
ttphx@cox.net

I also understand that because of the Flood Control District's involvement, there will be no further overnight camping at the Sun Valley Flyer's facility. Any truth to that??

Overnight camping is not allowed anymore thanks to typical government envolvement. They are afraid that if we are out camping at an event and we have a large storm that campers will get trapped. In 30 years at this spot there has never been more water the a running stream in the wash by the parking lot. But when you receive use of the field for free you don't get much leverage to fight these problems.

That is unfortunate however, we will just have to make due. I will leave the motorhome at home and stay elsewhere.

We're gonna have to change your name to "sweetpea maybe" or "maybe sweetpea" or better yet "May-Sweet-Pea-Be"
