Default SD 30% Yak

Hey I have a 30% SD Yak and a 3W 60CC engine and was wondering should I get the 5645 servos for it and if not any suggestions trying to stay under 50$ each

The 5645's will be fine for the elevator and ailerons, but you will need something more powerful for the rudder like a 5955 or 8611. On mine I run 8411's on ail and ele and 8611a on rudder. I have a 28% edge that I hve been running 5645's all around and had no problems except I was never satisfied with the rudder authority until I put a 5955 in there and its a night and day difference.

5955 for rudder minimum - its a wing not a rudder - lol- i used 5645 in the wings at first but later went with 5945 and it changed the whole plane - made it perfect so if you can put the best you can afford!!

I seem to prefer the Hitec TG's for my rudder servos, Just splerge on onw and run that 333oz badboy on your rudder at 6v, You wont have a problem. Check the prices out on all the high torque and high speed servos at http://www.troybuiltmodels.com/ Join there mailing list and you can get special pricing on servo's from the wonderful guys there.

Use a high speed on the throttle and what you were thinking on the others.

On my 30% YAK I am running 5955s on ailerons and rudder for the elevators I used 5985s and the throttle is a 5645. This is an awesome setup very crisp aileron authority and the new 5985s have a very similar case(strong) to the 5955s very good centering and power.
