I think that would be an awomse setup, I've seen some nice vids of that plane flying with a DA150 in the nose and it was really nice.

Actually, its seems to be inline with Carden of the same size, which is one of the most popular brand, so I don't see a problem with this weight.

Just my two cents .

Had a friend that had one, it flew ok. Stable in a harrier and hover, but it did some really strange things which we could never dial out.

I've got one with a DA 150 and I think it flys great. I got rid of the aluminium spinner and wing tube for CF and took a couple of servos out of the wings. Mine doesn't do anything wierd but I ain't that great of a pilot either. I'd buy another one(used like I did this one).

In the long run, that's all that matters. As long as your happy with your plane it doesn't really matter what other people say. I know I've owned planes that I loved and others though was just ok.

I had a 40% DP edge. Harriers were great and slow flight was suuuper smooth but I personally had trouble keeping it in a level KE and the ailerons were a little short to keep it from torque rolling in a hover. Other then that I liked it.

It's a great looking plane.
Ive seen one fly for about 2 seasons and it is a great plane.
Keep it light and you will be fine.
Best looking 540T out there.
But all of Dave's designs are very scale.

I've flown one and it flew better than I thought it would. It's a big airplane, 41 pounds isn't that heavy for that size plane.

Anyone have the manual for this plane, or know where I can get a copy.

I bought the the plane at a good price without one, there's some piece's of plywood
and blocks of wood I'm not sure where they go.

Regards Hank

How about just sticking to Boost Tabs. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Only thing is he's not in America. Roger has no idea. Just go look at his Laser thread and you'll understand.
