Take your manual down to the local High School. They usually have a Germany class. I'm sure the teacher could whip it out in no time or have the students work on it as a project.

I built an Exclusiv-Modellbau Funtana 1.40 a couple of years ago and had the same problem, I was lucky and had a german exchange student as a girlfriend at the time and she was great - she couldn't help translate the german but kept me entertained otherwise!! naa just kidding, she was a big help - although a lot of the terms are modelling terms which can be very difficult for a non-modeller to translate, I found many good websites with construction photos which made the translation much easier. I suggest you try to figure as much of the process out yourself using internet translation tools and photos then make contact with a german speaking modeller only when you get absolutly stumped.
