Default T-Rex SA with hs 55 servos

I was wondering if i could fly my T-rex SA with hs 55 servos. I have three of them that i had in a plane, and i would use a top end servo for the tail. THANKs

yep... you can do it, but you'll strip out those pups with every blade strike. Might be one of the first upgrades you get is some decent digis for the cyclic and collective controls.

JR 285's are a nice combo!!!! Even try the HS 65's, if cost is an issue.

I use the 56's all around on my TRex 450.

I've run a bunch of different servos in the various Rexes I've had, a few different Hitecs (including the HS55) and Futabas, and I've finally come to the Hitec HS65MGs on Cyclic, and Futaba 9650 on the tail. Great combo, they are fast, precise, and damn near indestructible. Those 65mgs just laugh when you crash, where most servos would have you out $5-$7 a servo for gear sets.

That new pack that JR has out also looks good, I may try that in my next one just for variety.
