Default Scorpion Motors

Hey guys here is a very new distrubuted motor. It's the Scorpion Motors from innov8tive designs www.innov8tivedesigns.com . check these out price is good and performance is great, out of this world good...This guy Lucien has all the good info, that he tested himself, on watts, rpm, amps and all the needed infor on how these motors will perform....Give him a shout and try a couple..I don't think you will be dissapointed with your purchase at all. I'm trying one out on my airfoilz edge "the 2215-18" and so far its killed my old hacker 20 20L.

I'm running a 10X4.7 so far with this motor but I will be trying a 10.5E to see if I can get some more power out of this guy!! Not bad for the price.. I got some more sweet flights with this motor today!

OK I am absolutely clueless about brushless motors, what would be the apropriate one for a shocky? or the equivelant to a E-flight 370? or slightly more pooerful.

I'm not sure about what would be = to a 370. Give the guy a call from inov8tive designs. He's a nice dude and will get the answers you need.

OK, so I purchased a Scorpion Motor and ESC for my new Airfoilz Yak 54 that I'm putting together... I just opened the box about 15 mins ago, and DANG I don't care if this motor has good specs or not... the packaging that it was in is worth the priced alone! The ESC includes its own stand-alone programmer. Also included in the awesome metal boxes were several BADASS black and yellow Scorpion stickers in varying sizes, as well as a beautiful lapel pin! The packaging resembles that of a Fossil watch or something like that, very spiffy!

I should have this puppy installed in my Yak before long, I'll write back with performance results!

I have been waiting for the 2203 series to come available for my foamies, but all I can say is, Lucien is a great guy to deal with and has infinant knowledge as he is an electrical engineer and is the main distributor for scorpion because he beleives in the quality of there product, thats all I need to know to get on the bandwagon!!!!

As krashmaster81 said, the packaging is awesome and just one more detail to show how much effort went into the product. I cant wait to try these out but need to get about 6 of the 2203's(when available. Looking forward to the reveiws on all the different motors.

When I was at the Arizona Electric Frestival, I heard someone's wife MAKE him buy the motor just for the tin can! Now think about it, a little later she might need a new tin can and you get another free motor

Very cool design. They are the nicest looking outrunners for sure. I just hope that the performance is there, because all the sparkle in the world wont help a crappy motor. Guess I'll just have to buy one to find out.

wow these motors look awsome!! I want one!! lol. I just bought a Hotrod from hobby-lobby and am building right now(look for the building thread) I need a motor to stick on it. What would be a good motor for the hotrod extreme? It says the weight is between 16-19oz. I want something that will have lots of extra power but not weigh it down and mess with the cg. any suggestions?
