Going to have to wait for prices. Too much. My 9c is already 3 years old so I might just wait for a 9-10 radio come out with it already in it. Hoping for Futaba to do something

Was wondering how Joe Nall this year will be with Spektrum???

Where is the link to the info??

PPM Latency....is this transferred?

Do you get 1 dongle reciever with the AR9000 or do you have to buy it?

Is a DX9 9303 style radio in the works?

Again....a link to any official info would be appreciated.

Ok, I am confused due to the marketing of the DX-7. With the DX-7's receiver, we were told that to get the correct receiver signal coverage there was a need for 2 receivers - mounted within 2 inches of each other with the antenna 90 degrees from each other. We were told that was the best way to get this system to work for the range in larger aircraft.

Now, we are told 1 receiver is all thats needed - no seperate receiver mounted 2 inches away but CAN be done.

Did we come full circle from the AR 6000 to the AR 7000 to the AR 9000?

There does need to be some clarification on past statements and claims of modules being unfeasible and the latency issue...I had a long talk with a Spektrum rep at the October show before I bought my DX7.

And a few things seem to have changed. If there has been breakthroughs , great. Spell them out. But , you can't sell me something , while tellling me what I want (modules)can't and never will be had, because of technical problems, then try to sell THAT to me 4 months later.

That just does not make me a happy customer, or very trusting, and I am sure some feel the same way.

SO, clarify. I feel like I have been misled, and wasted money, and my loyalty to HH/JR/Spek was taken advantage of.

Great news... I'm backordering a module & Rx for my 10X today...

I just hope that Spectrum is gearing up to make sure that supply meets the demand... I understand that the 6 & 7 channel Rx's are in short supply right now... I can just imagine what the demand will be when these modules become available for all the popular Tx's on the market...

I was holding out for the XPS system, but now feel more comfortable that an established player in the 2.4 gig market is in the game...

I misread what he was saying initially. After looking at the offering on the web site and at horizon I can see that the AR9000 does indeed INCLUDE an external receiver. I initially thought he was saying it comes with just the single receiver then you MAY add an external receiver (or two). That clears up my questioning though.

Hi Paul.. Quick question. So, if you replace the module and receiver in let's say a 9303 or 10X, is there any need, other than to bind the system, to reprogram any of the existing programs/airplanes within the transmitter itself?

No programming changes will be necessary in the TX other than to put the TX in PPM mode to operate with the module.

This is great news. I took a gamble this week and ordered a 10x with the plan to upgrade the module when they were available.

Just made my 9303 worth more money also!
