OK decided to step up. Got a Mini Titan at the wram show.

Nitro... your a liar!. I started this kit at 3:00 and it's 6:00 now. You told me it would take 2 hours. Actually if I knew anything about helis i'd prolly be done now. But I'm learnin while I build. All I have done is the rotor head. lol
But I gotta say the directions are awesome on this thing. Parts are so small I think I'm crosseyed now.

I see you like biscuits with gravy while you build Jay. Try not to get the gravy on your glasses when wiping the sweat off the brow mate.

I have tried and I have promised never to never ever try and build one of those little suckers ever again. it cost me more for a new set of prescription glasses than than the dang heli cost.

OK. it's 11:00 and I'm done with the airframe. Was really straight forward, easy to build. Going to get the electronics installed next. Hope to have the spinny thing on the top rotating sometime after that. Hey Nitro, you busy tomarrow? I need some programming help.

Ok, I'm finished. Whew...That was like a crash course in helis. But I got a problem... I got a 120 degree E-ccpm swash plate. My radio has programming for a 3-servo 120 degree swash so I programmed it for that.

Problem is that I got the pitch to work correctly but all the other axis elev, aileron are reversed. anyone know how I reverse them without losing my pitch controll?

OK, you Gyro junkies. What does it mean when my heli's tail wags worse then a dog on crack. Seems no matter what adjustment I make it still wags violently. Gimme some hints. Heres some pics. Got the gyro thing figured. I had the switch on the gyro reversed.

Nice looking bird! fyi CA the bearings in the washout arms and the bell-hiller mixering arms. I developed a tracking problem after crash number 3 and this is the cure.

If they are all running in the same direction when you change the pitch you are in good shape. Find the swash AFR menu. From there you adjust the aileron and or elevator channel number to a negative. That reverses the mix. The afr % also acts as a throw adjustment.

That usually means the gain is too high. Keep lowering slowly it until it stops

sweet. Thanks for the info Nitro. everythings moving in the general correct direction. I love the way this thing sounds when it's all wound up. I definatly need some expo and duel rates before I try and take this thing off the ground. I also have a pretty violent shimmy when the head speed get up there. I'm guessing it's the blades. Other then that I'm stoked. gotta figger out how to balance these blades.

ok, think I might have solved my vibration problems. Man these things are complex. Just got done programming like a billion different things. 4 different throttle curves, expo, pitch curves. Holy Crap. Harder then programming a 40%. How much expo are you using? Doesnt say in the manual.

Yeah 30% is pleanty. If you want to slow the piro rate of the tail don't use expo on it. Lower the end point on channel 4
