K2BDV, did you not like the way the Aeroworks 260 flew? Are you doing 3D or IMAC flying? I heard the CA 260 is not so great at 3D. I'm considering getting a 3m CA 260 and using my AW 35% 260 as a back-up.

I love the way the Aero Works 260 flys 3D and imac its clean.
I think the 260 is one of the best planes for 3D Really dont have anything bad to say on the Aero Works 260. It flys great. It came in at 29lbs. Just want to see what all the hipe is on these Composite arf's. How do you send pictures on here. |

I have not looked at my Ailerons yet.
I haven't worked on it in a week but in the first 4 hrs I got the plane waxed, canopy glued, made a ply standoff for the DA100, mounted the engine and made cutouts for the canisters. The quality is awesome. My setup will be DA100, MTW cans, 4x5985, 4x5955, Weatronic Rx, 40oz tank, Fromeco 5200 and 2600. Also considering smoke... depending on weight. I replaced the brass rods with carbon - quite a weight savings there. |

I hope mine gets done soon.
I did buy a Yak55 i'm going to pick it up this Saturday. It's a 14 hour trip both ways kinda sucks but it will be worth it. |
