When I bought this setup 2 or so years ago they called out a 10X4.7. I have been flying a 12X3.? with no probs on 3S.

dont buy motors from united!!

first off
i have one they are pure crap, when they get even a little warm they sieze
and these are outrunners im talking about

second
when you read the comments at the bottom of the page of the products
the comments are fake
the names are fake as could be
and no one would talk about these motors like this
the only thing worth buying from them is theyre 4 dollar servos
they are worth testing trust me

Have you had a chance to put a amp meter on that motor? I would love to know what that 12" prop is sucking up. The 2208/34 is rated at a Max burst of 8A/60s. They also recommend a 9x5 prop for it. Just look for a motor at United that can provide at least 8 amps burst on 3s lipos. That one Spaz recommended is just slightly bigger, close enough. Good luck.

Bob
