If they can find a way to get some money without working for it, they will do it.

This does not mean that all law suits are frivolous, there are some that are necessary. But when a lady can sue a restaurant, and win, because she slips and fall due to water on the floor when it was her own son that just spilled the water...there is something wrong.
For the most part that is true Wiz.. but Kalifornia has extrememly stringent anti-EVERYTHING laws, and has a requirement that anything coming into the state that contains ANY material that could be a carcinogen or hazard must have a warning on the label. That's Kalifornia Communist Bloc law.

There was even something a few years ago about Servo Cases containing a certain plastic that made them hazardous to your health because if the plastic got hot enough the out-gasses as it burned up were considered dangerous.

Well. . . .DUH!!!!!!

Again .your tax dollars at work. .

Yea, it sucks BAD. I can use the foam safe, but only the E-Flite glue. It is labeled as "Hypo-allergenic", and it seems to be okay. I am still very careful with the Foam CA, this crap kills me for 3 solid days when I get hit.

Yep, KrisW got it right on the nail! The People's Socialist Republik of Kalifornia has found a way to legislate EVERYTHING as being cancer causing! I think they are finally getting around to labling the air we all breath as carcinagenic! They might as well since most of the time you can see it! And don't get me started about the water... Well, at least I'll probably be at the flying field when they pry my transmitter out of my cold, dead hands...

The engine is a Napier Deltic Diesel. It is a 2-stroke, 6 cylinder engine without heads. It had three cranks geared together to one output shaft. It was ganged just like any radial and mainly used as train engines.

If someone can help, how do you animate an avitar???

Everything causes cancer!!!! if taken in high enough doses!!!! We have to have salt to live but too much can kill you. We have to have sugar but that can kill you too.

The problem is the studies. About a year ago on the news they said "Up next, will an apple a day really keep the doctor away....find out next." They then cited a study that showed that apples give you cancer. They never mentioned that the studied was done with mice in which the control group was given regular food while the study group was not only feed nothing but apples but was even injected with protiens found in apples!!!! Of course they will get cancer!!!
Besides there are also warnings on things like not to use a dremel as a dental devise?!?! Who would do this and if they did is it the dremel makes fault. Obviously not but they still get sued for it. I these warning is really to protect the manufacturer from lawsuits.
