I am looking at building a 1/4 scale cub next winter and would appreciate comments/suggestions as to the best kits or plans. While this will be my first scale kit I would like it to be as close to scale as possible. Thanks for your input.

I have the Dave Patrick super cub and it is beautiful but hard to find these days. You said you want to build and the DPM cub is an ARF. Hanger 9 will be releasing their new 1/4 scale cub soon available from Horizon hobby and it is looking good (another ARF) looks to have the same attention to detail as the DPM cub but is the J3 version. I think this one will be a hot seller. If you insist on building one check out the Balsa USA 1/4 scale cub.
