Default ENGINE STANDOFFS

Can someone tell me do the standoffs go between the radial mount and the firewall or do they go between the engine and the mount?

They go between mount and fire wall, thus keeping mount as far apart as is practical

Radial mounts and standoffs are sometimes not the best of friends. Would you mind noting what type of engine you are referring to?

As noted avove, generally a standoff will be mounted to the firewall and to the engine itself. If a radial mount is attached to the back of the engine, the radial mount will remain in it's original location.

This is for a Venom 45cc.The reason i ask is because you would think to put the mount up against the firewall more surface area against firewall instead of four 3/8''
diameter stanoffs.
