Hello everyone,
I was wondering what everyone thought of a 2700mah NiMh for my Tx from Superbatterypacks.com. Its the only place I've found for Tx batts. Does anyone know anything about this stuff?? Ive got a 600mah in my Tx now I think and it sucks. I was just wondering if I buy this new battery, could I use the Tx charger that came with the Tx? Soo many questions and so few answers! Thanks in advance, peace. Bob

I have been running the 2300's nimh that we sell with no problems. You can use the charger that came with your TX. you just need to leave it on longer like 24 to 32 hrs.

Fromeco sells some 2700mah NiMh for some transmitters. Which TX do you have? I can find out the part number for you and you can order it from the web site or me. Thanks Andy

Best TX upgrade you can do is get a huge batt. I have a 2500 mah NiMh. Lasts a month on a charge flying a lot. I usually charge at about .5 amps.

Bobbydog, I have used both the lithium and nimh packs from superbatterypacks, the lithium lasted 3 years in my 9C before I replaced it, and my nimh is finishing year 2 in my 9303. His packs are good stuff.

You may wish to check out this site too. I've seen their RX packs and they look to be very high quality. I was thinking about getting one of the TX packs for my 9303.

Thanks everyone, I ended up buying a 2650mah from Superbatterypacks that night I posted. I couldnt help myself lol, my cash was burning a hole in my wallet. Usually I ask what to buy then wait a few nights to get some feedback but not that night. I would have liked to kept the money "in the family" though. Next time, peace.

First charge on a 2700mAh pack will be around 75 hours! Then after that you can either remove the pack from the Tx, and fast charge it at 2A, no problems. Or you can leave it in the Tx, and slow charge it for 40 hours before you go fly.......................
I jumped the diode in my 10X, and can fast charge my 2300 at 4A no problems!!! Hope this helps............ Bunk~

Hey everyone, I've been using the 2650mah batt for a few months now and just had to say how great it is not having to charge my TX everyday like before. I can do at least 30 flights on a charge now. Stop thinking about getting one and just do it!
