unfortunately I ran it already now Im just hoping that with use the rings would seal again and get good rpms I was told they do 7000 rpms on a 28x10 menz
our gas here has 10% ethanol would that be a cause for low rpms?

Who told you 7000 with a menz-s 28x10?? You can get close with a mejzlik 28x10, but I think the menz is more load than the mejz, if memory serves me.
Hell, just set the needles, put it in the air and fly it for a few gallons. I doubt you did any harm.

MVVS 50 on MVVS 3280 muffler and Mejzlik 23x8 prop, 7600 rpm (~6.55 hp)
MVVS 58 on MVVS 3280 muffler and Mejzlik 24x10 prop, 7800 rpm (~10.3 hp) Peak rpm cold at 8000.
Data are from MVVS dyno tests: I will ask them to confirm.

Edit:
MVVS just confirmed above figures. Put that in your pipes and smoke it guys!
The data were obtained with the new 3280 muffler, especially designed for higher rpm operation

About the same rpm as the MVVS 116 on cans with 28x12 Mejzlik. Sounds quite good to me.
Which mufflers did you use?

This is why MVVS-Evolution will always be at the top of the heap in my book.
A true hot-rod engine.
