ebay lipo's any good?
i was just browsing ebay and saw some lipo's at some amazing prices but wondering if anyone's had any experiences with these non- "brand name" batteries. the specs look good, but has anyone acutally used one of these with good results?

The HECELL Lipos are excellent. I have used them for a year now with excellent results. I personally use the 11.1v 2100 & 1500Mah versions, and they perform just as well as my TP packs.

i would not by them. yea once and a while they may be great, but one day one of them are going to bust and destroy somthing. i would stay with the well known brands, apex being the one brand that is the lowest i would trust.

If there being shipped here from the USA, your will be fine, at least you can contact someone to fix any problems. Try to avoid the Hong Kong specials as I bought several from a source that didnt list the C rating and ended up with 7c batts
 = no good... Although UnitedHobbies.com have proven themselves and there prices are great, just be prepared to weight 4-6 weeks delivery. It has been worth it for me as I have saved hundreds of dollars on these 20c packs,Good luck!!!  John |

I fell for the Hong Kong Li po's about 2 years ago. They were very low C rating cells and were more or less a waste of money. There may be some good ones now but I haven't wanted to put myself through that again. Find a good deal on a 20 C pack from a proven source and enjoy the hobby.

I don`t know about all the rest, BUT,..the "HECELL" Lipos are a great buy for the money. They are a legit 15C pack as rated.
