Sorry, but I have had an Eclipse 7 for a while and it can't be done. You can set up ailerons on channels 1 and 6 and set them up as flaperons. To do that with elevators as well, you will have to invest a little more money on a bigger radio set up. Also, you won't find differencial set ups on throttle. If you are thinking of this sort of set ups, think of a bigger investment.

i have the eclipse radio also. i use a jr matchbox for split elevators. allows you to adjust throws, etc. and still use elevator trim on the radio. works very well.

You can do it without matchbox by slaving an open channel to channel 2 but you will not have trim on the radio. You can subtrim but you wont be able to make equal adjustments in the air. Not the best thing to do. You can always buy the hitec servo programer and use it to reverse the servo and them run it off of a y-harness. Or just buy a matchbox. Hope this helps.

You can use a servo reversing Y connector. Used them for years till I invested in a 8103. It has a trim on the Y connector to adjust the one side and when you use your transmitter trim it works both sides. Good fix for litttle money. Or buy a reversed servo. Good luck

Here is a fairly simple way to fix the problem. I copied his forom the Hitec website. It tells you how to reverse the servo, so you can use a Y-harness. This is asuming you are using an analog servo. Thank Me Later
.Q. How can I reverse the direction of my analog servo? A. The easiest way to reverse direction is to use the reverse switch in the transmitter. If you have two servos on a y-harness one will have to be modified for reverse rotation or a reversing y-harness used. There are four wires that must be switched in order to change the servo direction. Two are on the motor and 2 are on the potentiometer. Switch the red and green wires on the pot and the orange and brown wires on the motor. Hitec provides these instructions for information purposes only. Hitec assumes no liability when modifications are made to servos. -Flybye Out-

Make sure you put the reverser pot where you can reach it .
These things are NOT a set and forget type of thing , temp changes greatly effect the pot and they tend to go out of wack from one day to the next . Stu. |

I would have to suggest against the reversing Y. I had one and it nearly crashed my airplane. Some work and some dont. They are way too much trouble you always have to tinker with it every flight to keep the elevators even!
