WHOA! Alrighty folks, this thread is going waaay off course.
This thread is about: a. Futaba 12FG, b. Futaba module releases, c. Futaba 2.4 receiver release. If you want to discuss Spektrum, try here or here. If you want to talk about Mr. Drew's product, go here. This thread is officially back on track. This is an exciting product announcement from a major manufacturer, and not a government conspiracy theory. Moderation rules are in effect - product wars are strictly off limits, this is not the place. I know for a fact that the Futaba folks were very busy on Thursday with the announcement, I have no doubt that they will be in shortly to answer all of your questions. Thanks guys.

I know they did testing with two and it worked, but that is all I personally know at this time. I will try to get some info and pass it back here.

Cool, we are progressing,....
Now, all we need is the first crash report of a 40%er so we can analyze it.........LOL. Seriously, this is good. Uh...Spektrum....where's the high end answer??? I love competition amongst the Manu's....we reap the bene's.... |

Hey Fellas,
I just was going over the 12FG specs again and I noticed that this Tx runs on a 6 Cell Batt rather than the normal 8 cell. Must be this new system does not require the same voltage as thr 72MHz stuff. Another benefit that the replacement batt should be cheaper to replace. Magoo
