Mate,
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it looks like you have a brushless speed controller and a brushed motor. Quiet simply that wont work at all, no matter what you try. The three wire speed controller is an AC (alternating current device) and your brushed motor is DC (Direct Current) How to fix the issue.?? Cheap way is buy a brushed motor speed controller, they are cheap. Better but more expensive is to buy a brushless motor that suits your speed controller. However above all else I would ask who helped you sort out what you purchased. Did you have help or a local hobby shop. If not please go and find someone to help you out before burning money on more equipment that wont suit your airplane or what ever it is you hope to power up. Kiwi |

Ditto to what Kiwi says. You got a Brushless style ESC, versus a Brushed style. You have a brushed motor. I agree with Kiwi on everything he says. Kiwi is wise in his older age!!!
![]() You need a Brushed ESC, similar to the Castle Creations Pixie 20. That will suffice on your 370 motor. Or you can spend a few bucks more, and purchase a brushless outrunner type motor. If you could, give us some more info on your project. We will be glad to help out!!!! Chris~

One of those U CANT do's......................... A 20A brushed ESC will do you just fine for that plane. Go back to the shop, and have them exchange it for you for a brushed ESC.
Or if you want to, you can go with a HiMaxx 2025-4200 with the 6.6:1 gear reduction on that plane, and it will be FINE!!!!! You can run a 12x6 Slo-Fly prop, and it will GO!!! The brushless motor with the gearbox will run around $65-75. Just another solution there for you. Chris~
