Has anyone figured out how to get rid of all the horizontal stab play? I have the extra 260 40%. This plane has the stab tube pre drilled with blind nuts already installed in tube, but with stock set up i can pull stab forward and back leaving up to a 1/8 gap between stab and fuse.
This is just too much paly for my likings especially when doing 3d blow-overs and harriers I wonder by fixing this if it would become more stable.

I have a Idea ! 1. Place sarenwrap on fuse, make hole for stab tube.2. spred silicon over sarenwrap and place stab on. 3. when dry trim off excess with razor blade and should have filled in small gap.I have done this for my YAK wings and stabs to stop chafing. If this is not to your liking then call and get a new stab tube and drill it your self for better fit.

If the stab tube is loose in the socket then a strip of packing tape (or similar) usually does the trick. If the holes were drilled incorrectly in the tube you can rotate the tube 180 degress and redrill in the correct location.
