I was looking at the 9ch rx and wanted to know what the B/TM port is for..Im guessing the B is for battery...what is the TM for ?
Also how do the channels correspond to the tx ? meaning on my 9c channel 1 is for ailerons..2 is for elevator etc....the xlink rx is laid out a little different...

It's actually an 8 channel RX. The B/TM is the telemetry port. You will only get 8 channels with a 9C. My Dad picked one up in Toledo for me but due to work I won't be able to do anything but bench test till Sunday. Mike |

I ran a contest at the NLV field where a certain CF landing gear splayed from the heat, a set of Kavan wheels melted in a toolbox, and 45 aerobatic pilots foolishly came out to play in the insane heat!! Didn't notice how the rubber bands held up!! ![]()

I've always taped my crystals in. Alas, this plane has also flown numerous flights on the R2000 dual conversion synth rx as well.
Just incase the RX breaks free and goes whirly in the plane.

That 10 ch I got for my 10X was super light. I'll weigh it compared to my R2000...after I get a flight report in.

Hi PR,
Yeah the 10Ch is only $20 more but it's also *slightly* heavier and larger than the 8ch. My cut at it is get the 8ch save $20 and a little weight and space (not much). I doubt that I'll ever need a 10 ch but when I do I'll buy one. Make sense? $20 wil buy 3 6-packs :-) |
