Default Fromeco Cube Charging Question

Guys,
Does the voltage on the batteries have to be below a certain point for the charger to put a charge into the batteries ?

If I am understanding, the lights will go out when the charging is finished, Right ?

Question...I don't have the brain installed on my Ion Cube and the light on my unit blinks when the battery is charged. It doesn't go out like described above. What does that mean?

I have the same thing with mine. For some reason the units without the brain do this. I called the company and they said it was normal on the units without the brain board.

*****************warnig*************************

I fried a few pack this past weekend getting ready to fly. If you leave the batteries plugged into the charger after they are charged and turn off the power to the unit. The charger will drain the batteries all the way down to 0 volts.

Ask Me how I know. Went to Fly saturday and my bateries I had charging the day before were all dead nothin zero nada.

Been working 12 hour days all week so I have not had a chance to call fromeco on this but it seems Wrong ?

all chargers will drain your packs to 0 if you leave the pack plugged in and shut off the charger.not the chargers fault
